The Perfect Matches w/ Omaha Branch

February celebrates many perfect matches so we thought what better than a "Perfect Matches" themed dinner.

What defines perfection in the wine world other than 100 point wines!  You will have an opportunity to taste two "Perfect" wines that contrast both age and location.  This will be followed by a carefully curated "Perfect Matches" food menu by Chef Glenn Wheeler that thoughtfully and creatively matches some of the foods that you think of as complementary foods.  Of course, we had to pair each course with wines that made the food even better, if that is even possible.

This a joint IWFS Council Bluffs & Omaha Branches event.  Any individuals or couples from the Council Bluffs or Omaha branches may register.  Due to the limited size of the room at Spencer's, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests for this event.  This event will likely sell out quickly, so please register at your earliest convenience.
