We invite you to join us for our Here Comes Fall! event at one of Omaha’s ultimate steakhouses, Spencer’s. Executive Chef Glenn Wheeler is a true legend in the Omaha culinary scene. He has been the Executive Chef at Spencer’s since 2010. Glenn studied at Le Cordon Bleu, College of Culinary Arts in Chicago.
We will start the evening with a Rosé Sparkling Wine from Burgundy France that Gary found. Specially selected wines from our own cellar will provide a back drop to a wonderful seafood risotto followed by a double pairing of Cabernet Sauvignon with slow roasted certified Angus beef prime striploin. The evening will end with Chef Glenn Wheeler’s famous chocolate torte paired with a sparkling Shiraz from Australia.
Enjoy a wonderful evening on a fall mid-western night. Glenn has planned for us a 4 course meal that will pair with our amazing wines.
