 The April meeting for the Memphis Wine and Food Society was held at the Memphis Hunt and Polo club. Dinner chairman Billy Weiss and executive chef Patrick O'Brien collaborated on a Piedmont themed event featuring regional cuisine and wines. The dinner began with a traditional dish of terrine of rabbit. While not frequently served in the United States, this classic European charcuterie was wonderfully prepared and perfectly matched with the 2023 Roagna , Langha Blanco.
