Course I

Food: Passed Appetizers 1) Tandoori Jhinga – tiger shrimp marinated in garlic, ginger, tandoori spices, lime juice and sour cream 2) Amritsari Fish – fresh halibut marinated in garlic & ginger paste, lemon juice, special Indian spices. Deep-fried, garnished with salad and lemon 3) Samosa – patties stuffed with spiced potatoes 4) Mushroom Manchurian – mushrooms deep-fried, soya sauce, chinese salt, chili garlic sauce

Wine: Vincent de la Remondière Crémant de Bourgogne Cuvée Réserve NV

Course III

Food: 1) Royal Butter Chicken – marinated chicken tikka cooked in mild makhani sauce 2) Lamb Korma – lamb simmered in a creamy fragrant sauce with onion, garlic, ginger and cashews 3) Maharani Daal – lentils cooked slowly and then fried with onions, tomatoes, ginger, coriander and mild spices finished with cream and butter

Wine: Anne Boecklin Réserve Gewürztraminer 2009, Alsace

Course IV

Food: 1) Patiala Palak Paneer – fresh spinach cooked in home-made cheese cubes with true Punjabi traditional spices 2) Lahori Karahi Murg – boneless chicken cooked in mild garlic julienne, onions, tomatoes, green pepper and special karahi masala 3) Aloo & Green Pepper – potato, green pepper and Indian spices
