Food Truck Amid Vintage Fighter Jets

Rick Hammond owns a collection of Cold War fighter jets and calls his collection Waterloo Warbirds. Our September event featured a gourmet food truck from Chef Scotty Cooks who prepared a complete Farm to Table local menu for us while parked at the door of Rick's private hangar where he stores a Canadair T-33, a Czech Aero L-29 Delfin Viper, a Dehavilland T-55 Vampire, and a Soviet MIG 15, all vintage fighter jets from the 1950s and 1960s. Featured wines were from the Niagara region.
