Food: Freshly shucked oyster with house bacon, tartar sauce and fresh dill

Food: Shrimp in butter with salt Cod

Food: Coriander crusted Itsumo Tuna over a yoghurt and eggplant puree with a radish and herb salad

Food: Foie gras and chicken liver pate on butter roasted baguette with blue grape jelly and walnuts

Course VI

Food: Whole roasted suckling pig with a squash and root vegetable pave and a confit garlic and warm green bean salad with Spanish cheese
