Dear Wine & Food Friends,
This November marks the 85th Anniversary of the International Wine & Food Society. Please join us for a Luncheon Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the extraordinary Etoile Restaurant and Bar to commemorate and celebrate the Founding of our Society. The very first event was also a Luncheon held at the Café Royal in London on November 14, 1933.
The extremely talented Chef /Owner Philippe Verpiand has created an impressive menu consistent with the first event in 1933 of French cuisine paired with French wine. Our main course will be the same as the inaugural event. Please check out the menu as it looks wonderful.
The restaurant is located at 1101-11 Uptown Park Boulevard in the Uptown Park Shopping Center. The Champagne Reception will begin at 11:30 am followed by our extravagant lunch. We have arranged the use of the main dining room for our celebration and can accommodate 54 diners.
Cost for the Luncheon is $138 for members and $168 for guests. Business Casual will be the attire.
Not coincidentally, this is the Texans’ bye week.
