A small group gathered after a lovely rain and enjoyed a light summer dinner at L'Oca d'Oro (Golden Goose), a restaurant in the Mueller development. Chef Fiore Tedesco prepared delicious Sicilian-style dishes.  The main feature was Wagyu beef short ribs with a Texas twist paired with a refreshing roasted spaghetti squash. The wines were light and refreshing and complemented the use of farm to table vegetables on the menu. The Rose Geranium Panna Cotta with figs and an olive oil crumble was a lovely dessert
to end the evening.
