How to JoinInformation on Membership The International Wine and Food Society is a confederation of branches. Each operates under its own rules and regulations and is focused on the vision of our founder, André Simon. As such, membership policies range widely. Most commonly, people join a branch (and therefore the Society) after an invitation from a member. Interested individuals usually attend one or more events as a guest before deciding to join. Within very broad limits, branches are free to set their own membership standards. Many branches welcome new members from the general public. To locate information about branches, first select the region in which you have an interest. View a region’s branches by hovering your mouse over the region name in the respective region’s folder. Click on the branches of your interest to learn more about them. You can contact any region or branch by clicking “Contact” in a region or branch folder. |
