Overview

The Wessex Branch was formed in 1984 by returning overseas members and local enthusiasts.  The quality and variety of events draw members from a wide area in the West Country – Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire.  We aim to appreciate and celebrate the diversity of good food and wine, emphasising the abundance of locally sourced produce where possible.  We are fortunate in having so many outstanding venues within our area.  Normally there are ten events in the year, including the black-tie annual dinner.
