'Tis the season to be jolly and you are guaranteed a jolly time when you enter Tom Marsland and Dotti Cahill's home. The Wine & Food Society of Jacksonville gathered around their huge Christmas tree to enjoy our annual Holiday Wine Tasting Event. Piper Heidsieck Brut Chammpagne en Magnums was poured at the entrance to get everyone in a festive mood. From there we were free to wander thru their lovely home to 3 different stations where we could sample a variety of white wines, lighter style red wines and the "big boys". Dessert wines included 4 selections pulled from Tom & Dotti's cellar.A masterful job of catering was done by b.b.'s Restaurant. Wines chosen by Mark Kallaus, Dotti Cahill, Tim Baird & Joe Ripley.
